Our e-books are informative electronic home and garden books that can be viewed, printed or read from your computer. They are e-mailed to you and you can then save to your computer's hard drive, CD or a floppy disk. You'll have access to them any time since you downloaded them, not just when you are on the web. The Homemaker's Journal e-books are in .PDF format and only need Adobe Acrobat reader to be viewed (Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free here if you don't already have it installed on your computer).
E-book for download purchases: The ebook/s you order will be sent to your e-mail as an e-mail attachment in .PDF format and you can then download them to your computer's hard drive, a CD or floppy disk, or, you will get access to them through a website where you can then save them to your computer, or just use them from the website. All you need to read them is the Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded free here if you don't already have it installed on your computer. Once you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer, you simply double click on the e-book and Adobe Acrobat reader will open it for immediate reading. This option is not available to WebTV users as they cannot download.
You will receive your e-book order in your e-mail in minutes if we are online right now, otherwise, orders are processed approximately every 2-3 hours weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and most weekends except in rare cases (emergencies, vacation, power outage etc.; in these cases, your order will be processed a.s.a.p.). Please watch your e-mail for e-book delivery, or e-book club information and be sure your spam settings are able to accept e-mail from Plantldy98@aol.com
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 24 hours after you have received service or the item.
